Prova expands team with three new appointments

Prova, the communications consultancy specialising in the circular economy, clean technology and future mobility sectors, has strengthened its team with three appointments as it enters its next phase of growth.

Jamie Howlett joins as account manager, Dougie Potter as account executive, and Rachel Braithwaite as head of operations, bolstering the agency’s capabilities as it continues to expand its client portfolio.

Howlett joins Prova following almost a decade at a specialist motorsport marketing agency. Before that he operated in motorsport journalism, with published work appearing in titles including Autosport and Motor Sport. His appointment will further strengthen Prova’s capability across future mobility, automotive, motorsport and wider transport-related sectors.

Potter has been appointed after studying Politics and International Relations at the University of Bristol, where he developed a strong interest in the global energy transition, climate projects and environmental resilience. He will support Prova’s account teams across media relations, content development and client delivery.

Braithwaite brings more than 14 years’ experience supporting senior leadership teams across executive administration, office management and business operations. Most recently, she worked at the Althorp Estate in Northamptonshire as Executive Assistant to the Principal and spent nine years at Tribeca Holdings in London as Personal Assistant and Office Manager, supporting the team across a broad range of personal and business requirements.

Ed Willmott, managing director of Prova, said: “We’re delighted to welcome Rachel, Jamie and Dougie to the Prova team. Each appointment brings a different set of skills, experiences and perspectives that will be hugely valuable as we continue to grow.

“Rachel’s operational expertise will ensure the agency is well placed to support its next stage of development, while Jamie’s background across motorsport, mobility and international marketing adds further depth to our consultancy offer. Dougie’s passion for the energy transition, climate resilience and circular economy also aligns closely with the sectors in which we work.”

For more than 20 years, Prova has operated at the forefront of clean technology, future mobility, and the circular economy, supporting clients through communications, strategy and investment.
