The serious stuff: Twelve years B2B experience both in-house and agency side, specialising in construction, technology, automotive and energy. Degree in English Literature and American History from the University of Birmingham. Career highlights include being published in The Times and organising a journalist ride and drive event in Paris – complete with a dinner cruise down the Seine.
A bit about me: I was born in Scotland and despite living in England since I was four, I’ve managed to retain my Scottish accent – albeit a little more refined nowadays!
My hobbies include: I love reading, travelling, trying new food, cake decorating (very therapeutic) and going out for meals. Anything to relax and unwind. I have just finished project managing a house renovation – that was slightly less relaxing!
Who I admire most: My brother Stuart; author, artist, campaigner, genius. He wrote a book, was on Mastermind twice, presented in parliament, made a documentary and designed stained glass windows for a chapel in Hampshire – all by the age of 29. He looked at life from a completely different perspective to anyone else I’ve ever met.
My favourite song: A tie between Boys of Summer by Don Henley and All These Things That I’ve done by The Killers
The best day of my life so far: Two so far – the day I married my husband and the day our daughter was born – both on the same date three years apart.
