On the back of the biggest shake-up to the driving licence for decades, specialist transport and technology agency Prova has been appointed to deliver trade and consumer PR services for automotive IT software provider, Cooper Solutions.
The agreement, which came into force at the start of June, will see Prova generate thought leadership content and national news coverage for the owner-managed business which is based in Barford, Warwick. The first project revolves around the 8 June change to UK driving licence legislation, with future work to focus on Cooper Solutions’ complete portfolio of cloud based IT systems for dealers.
Working with many of the top independent and franchised dealer groups in the UK, Cooper Solutions provides a full suite of products for insurance, valuations, appraisals, stock management, remarketing and financial controls. In advance of the driving licence change, Cooper Solutions has also provided specialist advice to its customers through a range of face to face workshops and shareable video content.
Barry Cooper, managing director at Cooper Solutions, said: “We were recommended to Prova as a specialist in our sector and they haven’t disappointed. Even before we officially got started, they had secured us media coverage in some of the top dealer magazines and we’re delighted to have appeared in the likes of The Telegraph as well. We look forward to working with Prova over the coming months to further build the profile of Cooper Solutions.”
St John White, head of transport and automotive at Prova, added: “With the latest data showing that the UK automotive sector continues to grow – record new car registrations, increased dealer finance penetration, and so on – it’s a fascinating time to be an automotive supplier. We’re very excited to be working with Cooper Solutions as the business looks to further raise its profile in the competitive world of car dealerships.”
Prova has developed a reputation for leading automotive sector communications and the latest projects are part of a growing portfolio of high profile work, with brands including Motors.co.uk, BMW Group Financial Services, Triumph Motorcycles and the Motorsport Industry Association.
